Delivery & Pickup

How ordering works

1. Choose your product. Head to our shop and pick what suits your family and your freezer.

2. Pay in full, or pay a deposit. Our larger orders — the Beef Quarter Body, Beef Half Body, Half Lamb and Whole Lamb — give you the option of paying a 25% deposit at checkout instead of the full amount. The remaining balance is charged automatically to the same card when your order is packed and ready to go. The Beef Sample Pack is paid in full at checkout.

3. Choose your cuts. At checkout, pick Butcher's choice and we'll put together a great all-round selection, or pick I'll choose my cuts and we'll email you a link to our cut sheet straight after you order. It takes about 3 minutes.

4. We confirm your order. We'll be in touch to confirm your processing date and arrange a delivery or pickup time that suits you. You can change your cuts up to 7 days before your processing date.

5. Your meat arrives. Everything is vacuum-packed, labelled and frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer.

Free Local Delivery — Toowoomba and surrounds

We offer free home delivery on our set delivery days to these postcodes:

- 4350 — Toowoomba
- 4352 — Highfields and surrounds
- 4401 — Oakey
- 4356 — Pittsworth
- 4358 — Cambooya
- 4363 — Southbrook
- 4344 — Helidon
- 4343 — Gatton
- 4341 — Laidley and Plainland

We're flexible with times so we can work around your schedule. We'll be in touch after you order to lock in a time.

Free Pickup

- 139 Herries St, Toowoomba

Collect your order from our shop at 139 Herries St, Toowoomba QLD 4350 on agreed collection days. We'll contact you to arrange a time that suits.

Anywhere else in Australia? Ask us for a freight quote.

We can arrange refrigerated freight anywhere in Australia, so your order arrives frozen solid. Freight is quoted per order based on your postcode and order size.

How much freezer space will I need?

- Beef Sample Pack (10kg) — fits in a standard freezer compartment
- Half Lamb (10kg) — fits comfortably in a standard freezer basket
- Whole Lamb (20kg) — fits in an upright freezer or small chest freezer
- Beef Quarter Body (40kg) — requires a chest freezer (approx. 200L)
- Beef Half Body (80kg) — requires a larger chest freezer (approx. 300–400L)
- Beef Whole Body (2 x Half Body, 160kg) — around 600–800L, or two large chest freezers
