There's nothing quite like a leg of lamb on a Sunday or lamb chops on the barbecue. Our half lamb gives you the full range of cuts from a beautifully raised Darling Downs lamb — a minimum of 10kg in one tidy pack that fits easily in your freezer. If it comes in heavier, the extra is on us.
A half lamb typically includes:
- Cutlets
- Leg roast
- Loin chops
- Chump chops
- BBQ chops (forequarter)
- Shanks
- Mince or sausages

HOW ORDERING WORKS
1. Choose your box and how you'd like it cut.
2. Choosing your own cuts? We email you a link to our cut sheet straight after checkout.
3. We confirm your order and book it in with our butcher.
4. Your meat is cut, vacuum-packed, labelled and frozen.
5. Collect it from 139 Herries St, or we deliver it on our next Toowoomba delivery day.
