Our most popular order. A half body from Bella Park gives you a minimum of 80kg of premium, pasture-raised beef — enough to keep a hungry family stocked for 6 months or more. If it comes in heavier, the extra is on us.

Our cattle graze right here on the Darling Downs, where they have room to move and grow at their own pace. They are processed locally and can be butchered to your specifications.
A half body typically includes a full range of cuts across the whole animal — steaks, roasts, mince, sausages, stew cuts, and more.
How the cutting works: choose Butcher's choice below for our standard family selection, or I'll choose my cuts. If you choose your own, just check out as normal — we'll email you a link to our cut sheet straight after your order. It takes about 3 minutes, and anything you skip is cut our standard way.
Note: A half body requires a chest freezer of approximately 300–400L. Images are representative only and may differ from the actual product selection.

HOW ORDERING WORKS

3. We confirm your order and book it in with our butcher.
4. Your meat is cut, vacuum-packed, labelled and frozen.
5. Collect it from 139 Herries St, or we deliver it on our next Toowoomba delivery day.
