Feed your family for months with a quarter body from Bella Park. You'll get a minimum of 40kg of premium, pasture-raised beef, vacuum-packed and ready for the freezer. If it comes in heavier, the extra is on us.
It's the perfect starting point if you're new to buying in bulk — big enough to make serious savings, small enough to fit in a standard chest freezer.
Our cattle graze right here on the Darling Downs, where they have room to move and grow at their own pace. They are processed locally and can be butchered to your specifications.
A quarter body typically includes:
- Roasts (chuck, blade, silverside)
- Steaks (rump, scotch fillet, sirloin)
- Mince
- Sausages
- Osso bucco or stew cuts
How the cutting works: choose Butcher's choice below for our standard family selection, or I'll choose my cuts. If you choose your own, just check out as normal — we'll email you a link to our cut sheet straight after your order. It takes about 3 minutes, and anything you skip is cut our standard way.
Note: A quarter body requires a chest freezer of approximately 200L. Images are representative only and may differ from the actual product selection.

HOW ORDERING WORKS

2. Choosing your own cuts? We email you a link to our cut sheet straight after checkout.
3. We confirm your order and book it in with our butcher.
4. Your meat is cut, vacuum-packed, labelled and frozen.
5. Collect it from 139 Herries St, or we deliver it on our next Toowoomba delivery day.
